Little intro...

Hey folks, I’m Stu, I’m a wedding photographer and wedding videographer based near Bath.

My wife Gemma & I have been together 20 years and my sons Jude and Kye are 7 and 1. Like many families we a tight little unit and very family orientated. We love, muddy walks, holidays, food and spending quality time together as much as we can. 

I’m super passionate about most things creative to be fair, but I’am also ridiculously passionate about family, marriage and also the importance of photography and the roll it play’s for the those who love us. I’m a firm believer that photo’s of you, are not just for you. They are for those who love us, to remember you by. This is why with my work … I don’t mess around when it comes to making sure I keep things as real as I can, moments as authentic and as genuine as I can, with a subtle bit of creativity in there for a good measure, making your wedding photography and film timeless & nostalgic. 

I have documented 100’s of couples on their wedding day, as well as countless family events and I have also documented my own family life through photography for almost 20 years. I always believe it’s the people more than the place that truly makes what is captured special - great locations are nothing without someone able to see the moments and have the people we love around us.

I’ve spent the majority of my life as a creative, through food, music, photography and film - connecting people though my passions. I stand for an honest real life approach to my business and work that keeps things real at home and for my clients. I’m an ideal wedding photographer for those who appreciate that there is something to capture in the every day moments of life, who do not want to spend their wedding day setting up countless shots for instagram likes, but want to bloody enjoy their day and capture the real moments that make their own wedding unique. I have an unobtrusive style that requires a little participation from couples to make their wedding images pop! 

I have a genuine editing style that won’t leave your images or films being over edited for the sake of a portfolio, Sympathetic to the day, season & venue with longevity for the years ahead. 

You won’t catch me at wedding fayres or trying to take you out for coffee to hard sell you what I do… I will always just crack on, let you watch what I produce and let my own feels’ capture your heart and aspirations for how you want your wedding day and your life’s memories captured. 

I believe that some day our true story will become so important to those we already know, those who we will yet to meet and sadly those we leave behind. This is why I have made it my life and career to take photos and make videos for not only my own family but for those people who understand that taking photos is more than just pointing and shooting, its about understand people, emotions and their interactions with each other.
