One thing I really pride myself on is how I look after my couples from the very first enquiry.

I’m always on hand to answer questions, offer advice and help make the whole process feel simple. When you book, you’ll get your own personal booking portal where everything is kept in one place, including your terms of service, invoice and initial questionnaire. You’ll have access to this throughout your booking, so anything you need can be viewed or downloaded whenever you like. After that, you’ll receive helpful emails from me along the way, with reminders, tips and useful bits of advice to help you feel prepared. All my couples also have access to me via WhatsApp, so if a question pops up, you can just message me.

Around one month before your wedding, I’ll send over your schedule form. This gives me everything I need for the day, from what time you’d like me to start, to who’s doing a speech and who needs to be in the group photos. It arrives at the perfect time, when most of your plans are in place and everything is starting to feel real. Then, in the week leading up to your wedding, so every couple is fresh in my head, we’ll have a video call to go through everything together. You’ll be able to choose from daytime or evening slots, so we can make it work around you. By the time the day arrives, everything feels clear, easy and ready to go.

OPTIONS AND PRICING

No matter which option you choose, you’re in control of where your coverage sits on the day. Your hours can be placed wherever you like, as long as they run consecutively. So even if you don’t know your timings just yet, you can book knowing that the coverage can be shaped around your plans. Once everything is more solid, you’ll simply add my start time to your schedule form. My Essentials option covers 10 hours and will comfortably cover you from preparations into the party starting.

The booking fee is included in the prices you see below. A £400 booking fee is required for all main packages, and the booking fee for my Elope option is £200.

Add Planning Support to Essentials

This is everything included in Essentials, with added support from wedding planner Chloe Nelson.

If you’re unsure on timings, how the day will flow, or just want someone to sense check everything before the wedding, this gives you that extra layer of reassurance from a professional wedding planner.
